medialab in sullivant hall

The Department of Dance multimedia lab is located in the basement of Sullivant Hall. It has fourteen workstations including two graphics scanning stations with slide scanning capabilities, a mobile teaching cart with projector, and one laser printer for student printing. Each workstation is internet capable and connected to the campus fiber backbone. A dedicated G5 Xserve server is in place to host all multimedia lab student accounts. Access to the multimedia lab is limited to students enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate dance programs. College of the Arts students may use the lab upon request. Established and maintained by the Department of Dance, the lab is designed to assist with digital media creation and DVD development as a way for students to archive their projects.
