Experience ADF faculty and audition for a leadership scholarship at Ohio State Dance on Sunday, October 27th from 1 - 3 p.m. in 290 Sullivant Hall. ADF and Ohio State faculty members Crystal Michelle Perkins and Momar Ndiaye will co-teach a class/audition that includes a short class, dancing a class phrase in small groups, and time for each dancer to share their area of expertise (performance, choreography, improvisation, community practice, and/or dance scholarship) in a 1.5 minute presentation. Dancers may share their expertise as best suits them: in a choreographed or improvised solo, a video excerpt of their choreography, a discussion of their scholarship or community practice, or any other mode that best represents their work. Momar, Crystal, and ADF alumni will also allow time for a conversation to answer questions about ADF and share their experiences.
