Virtual Individual and Group Department Visits
The Department of Dance also offers individual live virtual department visits for all of our academic programs. We can give you and your guests a program overview, Q & A session, and a guided video tour of our facilities via Zoom during regular business hours Monday - Friday. To provide you with the best experience we strongly urge you visit on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. when classes are in-session for autumn and spring semesters. If you schedule your virtual visits on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. when classes are in session, one of our staff members or student assistants should be available to walk their device through Sullivant Hall to show you the facility and any live movement practice classes that may be in session. PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the university's Activities and Programs with Minors Participants policy, if the prospective student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present online for the individual live virtual department visit. One-on-one virtual visits with minors are not permitted.
We welcome visitors and have organized three special events this year for prospective undergraduate and graduate students to experience "a day in the life" of the department. You may also schedule an individual department visit.
