Ohio State dancers train in a variety of contemporary dance styles. Our goal is to create versatile movers who are prepared to perform, choreograph, design, teach, administer, and connect dance to many academic and career disciplines.
The dance faculty invest deeply into the approximately 100 students in our BFA program and design curriculum and courses that foster community, knowledge, and creativity.
Please see our BFA Dance Checklist that students use to track their course progress to graduation, alongside other university resources, advising staff, and faculty mentors.
