If you cannot attend our College Day or Grad Day events, prospective students are welcome to request a virtual individual department visit. We can offer you a program overview, Q & A session, and a live guided video tour of our facilities via Zoom. Please take a few minutes to complete this form so we can craft a visit that is unique to you and your interests and ensure you get the most out of your time with us. Virtual department visits can be scheduled during regular business hours Monday - Friday.
Ohio State’s Undergraduate Admissions office is also offering virtual campus tours. The department visit is separate from this visit, though you can elect to schedule your department visit on the same day as your campus visit.
After you complete this form, you will receive a Zoom meeting invitation from External Relations Coordinator Damian Bowerman or Academic Program Coordinator Amy Schmidt to arrange the finer details of your visit. PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the university's Activities and Programs with Minors Participants policy, if the prospective student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present online for the individual live virtual department visit. One-on-one visits are not permitted.
Please describe what dance courses interest you. For example: movement practice (contemporary, ballet, jazz), composition, production/technology, history, theory, literature, analysis, education or repertory.
