If you cannot attend our College Day or Grad Day events, prospective students are welcome to request an individual department visit. We can offer you and your guests a program overview, Q & A session, a guided tour of our facilities, and a class observation. We recommend visiting when classes are in session during autumn or winter semesters on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. EST to see the largest variety of movement practices, but can accommodate most visits Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Most of our autumn and spring semester B.F.A. major movement practice classes are scheduled Monday - Friday from 11:10 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. Please take a few minutes to complete this form so we can craft a visit that is unique to you and your interests and ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
Upcoming Concert Dates
Ohio State’s Undergraduate Admissions office offers campus visits which you are welcome to take part in. The department visit is separate from this visit, though you can elect to schedule your department visit on the same day as your campus visit.
After you complete this form, you will be contacted by External Relations Coordinator Damian Bowerman or Academic Program Coordinator Amy Schmidt to arrange the finer details of your visit. You will receive an itinerary 3-5 days before your arrival date so you can plan accordingly.
Note: Please provide at least one week advance notice. Individual department visits can only be scheduled during regular business hours. Please call us at 614-292-7977 to inquire if a same week or same day visit is available. If you have already scheduled a campus visit with the Undergraduate Admissions office, please indicate this in the message area, along with the date and time of the campus visit.
A typical department visit lasts half of a day in addition to your campus visit. Please provide the earliest time at which we should begin your itinerary and the latest time we should end it.
