Dance faculty member Norah Zuniga Shaw and the Humane Technologies team will be working together all-day every day at ACCAD for a week of creating performances, artworks and prototypes. The focus this year is on Well-Being with many collaborators joining us for Nursing, Medicine, Social Work and the Champion Intergenerational Center as well as Dance, Design, Theater, Comparative Studies, English, Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies, Spanish and Portuguese and Engineering.

Watch this page for updates about public events that will include morning community movement classes to warm up into the day and bring bodily awareness to all our work; daily lunchtime Flash Talks and dialog with national and international thought leaders; and afternoon Open studios to see what we're working on. Dance students Claire Melbourne, Laura Rodriguez and Laura Patterson are Research Fellows on the project and will be heading up community co-creation projects and collaborating on humane tech prototypes. This work is funded by the Humanities and Arts Discovery Themes.
