Alumna Pam Tanowitz Receives Stellar New York Times Review

Ohio State Dance congratulates Ohio State Dance Alumna Pam Tanowitz (BFA 1991) on the outstanding review she received for her new staging of T.S. Eliot’s poems “Four Quartets.” New York Times Chief Dance Critic Alastair Macaulay said "choreographer Pam Tanowitz has created dance theater of the highest caliber. This had its world premiere on Friday at Bard College’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts. After one viewing, on Saturday night, I’m inclined to call this the most sublime new dance since Merce Cunningham’s 'Biped' (1999)."
