No longer there
The dances that may have been, the arms unembraced, the air clear of breath, the unindulged closeness. Staying within the eye sight. A time capsule of the past whispers through the space, the promise of the future unknown and unseen. I follow, I mirror; I remember. What grows from afar? How far is near? Which connections strengthen at a distance? Generating a simulation of closeness that haunts every interaction. Blows the wind, roofing sky.
So long that the lake is here.
