The Brooklyn Academy of Music commissioned a new film from Associate Professor Mitchell Rose to honor their retiring executive producer, Joe Melillo, and it features 52 dance luminaries including Ohad Naharin, Mark Morris, Elizabeth Streb, Bill T. Jones, Meredith Monk, William Forsythe, and Lucinda Childs. AND SO SAY ALL OF US links these choreographers together in a dance chain letter. The film premiered September 13th at BAM’s Harvey Theater alongside side new work from Robert Wilson and Laurie Anderson.
