Working with OhioDance as their fiscal agent, Professor Susan Van Pelt Petry and Assistant Professor Crystal Michelle Perkins received a Greater Columbus Arts Council grant for their performance project, "Land, Sugar, Bone, and Other Illustrations," which is the title of a new duet. The program will also have two new solos.

"We are grateful for the city's support of arts!" say Petry and Perkins. "We plan to do a public performance in the Autumn 2021 in downtown Columbus and a film version in May 2022 in the Barnett Theatre, along with "Table Talks" around the embodied process of looking at race and history."
